Two decades of music, community, and purpose

Our Story

Wheels Entertainment is an independent music and creative venture built around heart, community, and the belief that meaningful projects deserve someone willing to fight for them.

Founded more than two decades ago by Wheels Blydenburgh, Wheels Entertainment grew from a love of music—especially the energy, honesty, and do-it-yourself spirit of the pop-punk scene.

01

The First Chapter

Wheels Entertainment presented and promoted all-ages shows throughout the Richmond music scene, bringing together touring artists and emerging regional bands at venues including Alley Katz, The Canal Club, and Clover Hill High School.

Its bills featured artists such as Patent Pending, Giants at Large, Dream Atlantic, Burn the Ballroom, Love & Reverie, Against Grace, In Anthems, Murphy’s Kids, The District Kids, Battle Ghost, Swim Champ!, and many others.

02

Music With a Purpose

The work was never only about putting bands on a stage. Wheels Entertainment also used live music to support causes that mattered.

Benefit shows raised awareness and support for the Autism Society of America, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Friends of H.A.P.P.E. These events reflected what Wheels Entertainment was always meant to represent: music, community, and the chance to make a difference.

03

Back in Motion

Eventually, life moved in other directions and Wheels Entertainment became quiet. But the idea behind it never completely disappeared.

In 2026, Wheels Entertainment began moving again.

This new chapter isn’t about recreating the past. It’s about honoring what was built while returning with more experience, purpose, and patience. The goal remains simple: support music, preserve meaningful stories, and help worthwhile creative projects find their audience.

There is more happening behind the scenes, but announcements will come when the time is right.

For now, Wheels Entertainment is back—and the story is still being written.
